Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)
Only 7-9 days

The working principle of FDM process is to heat the filamentary thermoplastic material (such as ABS, PLA, PETG, etc.) to a molten state, and then extrude and solidify it layer by layer through the nozzle. The nozzle moves along the cross-sectional contour and filling trajectory of the part, extrude the molten material and solidify it quickly, and accumulate layer by layer to form a three-dimensional entity.

FDM is widely used in special equipment or rapid prototyping due to its advantages such as simple equipment, low cost and easy operation.
